This is belated, informal, and probably inappropriate. Look who we are dealing with here. Me. The other night I was digging through the disaster we call a home office, and I discovered some of the Thank Yous that Sami and I were making after her birthday. I had already gotten some out, but I didn't send them all out. I was focusing all of my energy (was very little at that time) on being creative and thrifty (Sami and I drew/colored them...well, we started). Long story short, many of you did not receive Thank You notes for the awesome, thoughtful gifts that you gave to Sami for her birthday. For that, I apologize. We truly are thankful for all of the wonderful gifts that we receive.

Although, you didn't quite get them all out, I'm super proud of you for being the parent that teaches their child to appropriately send a thank you note! Well done Kate!
